I’m Dave Cramer, a Central Alberta REALTOR® who brings more than 30 years of construction and renovation experience to real estate.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent my career as a contractor and business owner, working on everything from kitchens, bathrooms and basements to whole-home renovations. For more than 30 years, I also owned and operated a window and door sales and installation business.
Over the last decade, much of my work has been in Central Alberta’s lake and recreation communities — building decks, additions and sunrooms, installing railings and fencing, and improving park models and manufactured homes. That experience gives me a different perspective when I walk through a property. I tend to look beyond the finishes and consider how things were built, what may need attention and what might be possible.
Susan and I now work together as REALTORS®, specializing in lake and recreation properties around Gleniffer Lake, Gull Lake and Sylvan Lake, while also serving residential, acreage and rural clients throughout Central Alberta.
We’ve been part of Central Alberta lake communities since 1994 and now live year-round at Gleniffer Lake Resort. You’ll often find us volunteering, sponsoring community events or simply enjoying the lake lifestyle ourselves.
