
Mark brings to Coldwell Banker Commercial Integrity clients an extensive understanding of many of the complex business issues facing corporations today, as well as an unique appreciation for the challenges faced by corporations looking to develop properties in Ontario. This understanding, plus his extensive business experience brings additional value to the services performed for Coldwell Banker Commercial Integrity Canada’s domestic and international clients.
A resident of Oakville, he has been active in the community for a number of years, with many community committees and organizations, ultimately serving two terms as Town Councillor in Oakville. As a member of the municipal council, Mark was actively involved in site plan reviews, negotiations with major developers and personnel contract negotiations. He was chair of the West Oak Trails Steering Committee, which produced a plan of subdivision for a community of 35,000 people in the northern part of Oakville. He participated in many negotiations for zoning changes and development applications, projects that were valued in the tens of millions of dollars.
He is a Past Chair of the Oakville Chamber of Commerce and a supporter of the worldwide Chamber network.
A firm believer in delivering value to his clients and community, he continues his community service by providing outdoor emergency pre-hospital care as an award-winning member of the Canadian Ski Patrol. He has previously served with Canadian Armed Forces as an officer with The Royal Regiment of Canada.
