Like many transplants to the area, I am originally from the Greater Toronto Area where I first began my investment property portfolio. My wife and I decided we wanted to raise our three children in a community with a small town feel. We moved to Wasaga Beach and later to Midhurst. Like many who move to the area, I enjoy what the community offers in boating, golfing, hiking and playing hockey.
I have lived and worked in various communities in Simcoe County for the last 20 years and I am honoured to share my knowledge of the area with buyers, sellers and investors. With over 30 years of experience in commercial, industrial and residential construction and redevelopment of properties, I look forward to using my knowledge and understanding to help clients find their perfect property.
I have owned and operated 36 rental units as well as several businesses including a small construction and development company. To this work, I brought many years of sales and marketing experience as well as my trade experience as a commercial electrician. This then lead me to a career in project management and later, facilities management. I have been recognized for my business community spirit, by the Wasaga Beach Chamber of Commerce and received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award for a redevelopment of a property into condominiums.
