I’m Susan Cramer, a Central Alberta REALTOR® with a particular passion for lake and recreation properties, and for helping people find the place that feels like their happy place.

Lake life isn’t just a market I work in. My family has owned recreation property in Central Alberta since 1994, first at Carefree Resort and now at Gleniffer Lake Resort, where Dave and I live year-round. We’ve owned RVs and park models, renovated and improved recreation properties, and experienced firsthand many of the things buyers and sellers need to consider in a lake or resort community.

Today, I specialize in Gleniffer Lake, Gull Lake, Sylvan Lake and recreation communities throughout Central Alberta, while also helping residential, acreage and rural buyers and sellers across the region.

Before real estate, I spent more than 30 years in IT and project management. That background still shapes how I work: I ask questions, pay attention to details, do my homework and make sure my clients understand what they’re buying or selling, especially when a property comes with condo bylaws, resort rules or seasonal services.

Dave and I now work together as REALTORS®, combining my experience with his 30+ years in construction and renovation, including extensive work on park models, manufactured homes and recreation properties.

We’re also part of the communities we serve. You’ll find us volunteering, sponsoring local events and simply enjoying lake life ourselves.
