I am very excited to join my son, Josh Boettcher, at Coldwell Banker Signature.  Real Estate has always been something I knew I would do one day.  My son’s motivation and desire to have me join him prompted me to complete my licensing and jump into this challenging and rewarding endeavour.  I have spent the last 28 years in sales, financing and management in the automotive industry.  Over the span of my career thus far, I have had the opportunity to meet many wonderful people from all corners of our province and I have developed lifelong friendships with my customers.  These connections and relationships are serving me well as I expand my sales career to include real estate. 

I live in Shellbrook with my wife, who is a teacher in town, and our 14-year-old son.  Our oldest son is a chiropractor, and our middle son is, of course, a realtor.  Though I have always called the Shellbrook area home, I also spend a great deal of time in Prince Albert and Emma Lake.  I am very familiar with the land and people of the Parkland/Lakeland and feel this affords me the ability to provide my clients with the understanding and expertise to best meet their needs in all aspects of real estate.  I have always been passionate about being honest and upfront and have acted on the premise of doing what is genuinely best for my clients.  I look forward to continue being guided by these principles as I broaden my career horizon with Coldwell Banker Signature.
