David and his brothers were raised on PEI by their father following the untimely death of their mother at a young age. Following high school, David attended UPEI for two year and then transferred to Calgary and began training for Christian ministry. He completed his studies at Maritime Christian College in Charlottetown.

For twenty-five years, David ministered to congregations in Nova Scotia, Alberta and Saint John, New Brunswick. In 2007, he entered into real estate and has been doing this full time ever since. For six years, he also served as the Canadian consultant for the Pension Fund of the Christian Church and from time to time travelled across the country. During these periods, he learned the value of working with other REALTORS®️ and partnering with them to make sure his clientele received the very best attention to their real estate needs. He considers himself to be a ’collaborative’ REALTOR®️ and continues to work with the best in the business to assist with a portfolio which may require more time or expertise than he possesses.

Over the past 8 years, David has split his time between residential and commercial (leasing / managing / selling) and has assisted several bankruptcy firms in dealing with properties which needed to be sold.

As you can see, David has extensive experience in moving and appreciates the different dynamics at play with each move. No two are alike! He loves assisting people with their moves; whether due to a growing family, or downsizing, or looking for the right fit for a business. He is sensitive to those who are facing some of life’s most difficult challenges; death, divorce, transfers, etc… He also respects the need for confidentiality. He also realizes that when interviewing, sometimes he may feel that a person would be better served by someone else. David will be pleased to collaborate with another sales person in order to make their move as stress-free as possible.
