Family roots matter to me- my family history includes John G. Reiner, inducted into the Waterloo Region Hall of Fame.
I've been with Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty since 2002, specializing in the development and sale of investment property in Waterloo. Over my career, I've completed hundreds of millions of dollars in sales and built long-standing relationships across the local developer and investor community. My formal recognitions inculde #1 Sales Professional in Ontario (Commercial: 2010-2013, Adjusted Gross Commission Income), Top Producer placements in North America (Multi-Family), and multiple Circle of Distinction, President's Circle, and International Diamond Society honours with Coldwell Banker/Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty. I am a licensed Real Estate Representative in Ontario and a member of CREA, OREA, the K-W Association of Realtors, and WRAMA.
