Jerry Nie has B.Engineer degree in Sanitary Engineering and M.S.Engineer degree in Environmental Engineering of Chemical / Civil Engineering joint program of the USA. He was a registered professional engineer (PE) in the USA. 

He had been working as Environmental Coordinator for the USA State Government and the Environmental Protection Agency’s (US EPA.)superfund program. 

He has a BS of Mathematical and Computational Science, Queen's University of Canada, and worked as switchboard engineer in Nortel Networks of Carling Compus, Ottawa. 

Over the last few decades, he has been a Registered Massage Therapist of Ontario after graduating from Suthland-Chan School and Clinic, Toronto.

He started as a Realtor when Covid-19 appeared, which gave him opportunity and time to study and practice in financial investments.
