Prior to Coldwell Banker, Joel was a five time Centurion Producer, Sales Representative and Previous Owner of Century 21 Halligan Realty Ltd in Beaverton On. He is driven and devoted to producing results for his clientele through extensive
marketing motivated by his previous 10 year career as V.P. of  Marketing & Development for Canada’s largest residence development company, where he was responsible for the overall
marketing of the organization while playing an integral role in the design and construction  of over $300,000,000 In
major projects.
