With more than 10 years of experience in real estate, Nathan has built his career around providing knowledgeable advice, personalized service, and exceptional results for his clients. His experience extends beyond buying and selling homes, including leadership and business development within the real estate industry.
Nathan is a former Business Development Manager with Coldwell Banker Peter Benninger Realty, where he developed strong relationships throughout the industry and gained valuable insight into the business and real estate markets. He also served as a Director on the Board of the Waterloo Region Association of REALTORS® for three years, contributing to the leadership and direction of the local real estate community.
Before entering the real estate industry, Nathan spent 15 years with Kentain Products Ltd., a local, close-knit company where he developed a strong foundation in sales, project coordination, and relationship management. As a Technical Representative and Project Coordinator, Nathan worked with municipal and industrial clients throughout Canada and the United States. His ability to understand each client's unique needs, provide effective solutions, and deliver exceptional service became the foundation of his professional success.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Nathan grew up playing hockey and baseball and continues to stay active through recreational leagues. He also enjoys giving back to the next generation by coaching minor hockey and baseball, helping young athletes develop their skills while learning the importance of teamwork, discipline, and commitment.
Nathan's passion for people, combined with his long-standing interest in new home construction and renovations, made real estate a natural fit. He understands that buying or selling a home is about much more than a transaction—it's about people, families, and important decisions about the future.
