Born and
raised in Waterloo Region, Stephen grew up immersed in the local housing
market. The son of a successful builder, he enjoys fond memories of riding in
his father’s truck to help out at build sites and rental properties.

Stephen’s
entry into real estate follows a rewarding career  in the medical industry. He graduated from
the Michener  Institute in Toronto with a
diploma in Chiropody before establishing his popular footcare practice and
achieving a degree in Podiatry from Sunderland University in England. He is
Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine and
sits on the board of several other international podiatric related committees.
His work with these organizations has given him valuable experience in
marketing, problem solving and negotiations, as well as further bolstering his
strong communication skills.

From
1988 – 1994, Stephen sat on Municipal Council for Woolwich Township where he
was Chair of Parks and Recreation in his second term. This public service role
gave him insight on many real estate industry related initiatives and functions
including subdivision planning, site approvals and zoning applications.

Stephen
prides himself on his ability to think critically and quickly, and relate to
his clients by listening to their individual needs. He looks forward to helping
his real estate buyers and sellers enjoy their experience while keeping focus
and achieving their housing goals and dreams.
