Biography

Born and raised in Calgary, Sylvia developed a deep appreciation for the city's vibrant real estate market from an early age. Inspired by her family's involvement in the real estate industry, she pursued a career in new home construction sales in 2011 and that is when she became fascinated with the art of selling homes and providing exceptional customer service. Soon after Sylvia was promoted as an Area Sales Manager. Over the course of her tenure, Sylvia played an integral role in the successful completion of numerous new construction builds - earning the trust and loyalty of her clients.

Driven by a desire to expand her expertise and offer a wider range of services, Sylvia made the decision to transition to the field of residential real estate. Equipped with a comprehensive understanding of the local housing market and a passion for helping clients, she obtained her real estate license and joined a prominent brokerage Coldwell Banker Mountain Central in Calgary. Sylvia’s experience in new home sales provides her with valuable insights into the construction process, enabling her to guide clients through the intricacies of buying or selling both new and existing homes.

Outside of her real estate career, Sylvia enjoys staying active and exploring the natural beauty of Calgary and the surrounding areas. She is an avid yoga student, golfer, and runner, often taking advantage of the city's stunning parks and trails. Additionally, Sylvia actively volunteers in her community, supporting local charities and organizations that promote affordable housing and community development.
