My journey to becoming a trusted realtor began with a lifetime immersed in customer service within the golf industry. Growing up, I had the privilege of working alongside some of the most highly regarded and successful golf professionals, including my father, whose reputation and dedication to excellence set a high standard for me. Through my experiences at various golf clubs—many of them exclusive private member clubs—I developed a strong work ethic, rooted in providing exceptional service and learning how to carry myself with professionalism, confidence, and decorum.
Working in these prestigious environments exposed me to individuals with high expectations, including club professionals, tour professionals, and distinguished members. These experiences taught me how to navigate demanding situations with poise, discretion, and discipline, instilling in me the importance of attention to detail and impeccable etiquette.
While I valued the perks and appeal of working in the golf industry, the seasonal nature of Ontario’s golf season left me wanting more. I sought an opportunity to apply the skills I had honed—building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and exceeding expectations—in a career that could make a meaningful, year-round impact.
