662 Long Lake Road Madawaska Valley, ON K0J 1B0

Love your family... but maybe not enough to share a cottage with them? Good news. At 662 Long Lake Road, you don't have to. Two separate cottages, two bedrooms and a bathroom in each. One gorgeous sugar-sand beach. One private dock. And enough privacy to actually enjoy your vacation. This might just be one of the smartest ways to cottage with your parents, siblings, friends or another family. Keep a cottage for each generation. Buy together and still have your own space. Or explore the potential of an STR. Tucked into one of the most beloved Polish-Canadian cottage destinations, this exceptional Long Lake property offers the kind of setting that's getting harder to find: a smaller lake, incredible privacy, easy access to amenities in Barry's Bay, and a landscape surrounded by trails and Crown land. Even the drive in feels secluded, with the property located near the end of a municipally maintained, non-through road. This is the kind of place that feels like summer the minute you arrive. Surrounded by trees, the property opens onto a beautiful stretch of Long Lake, where a sugar-sand beach and private dock become the center of cottage life. And that two-cottage setup? That's what really sets this place apart. Bring the whole family without putting everyone under one roof. Share ownership with friends while maintaining separate spaces. Keep one cottage for yourself and explore the income potential of the other. Or create the multigenerational summer place where grandparents, kids and grandkids can spend their days together-and still close their own door at night. Long Lake has long been a favourite cottage destination within the area's Polish-Canadian community, and once you're here, it's easy to understand why. Previously part of 'Gun Mountain Resort' these two cottages enjoy a privacy buffer from eachother and neighboring cottages. 15 minutes to Barry's Bay for hospital, and amenities, 2 hours to Ottawa, 3.5 hours to the GTA.
