Having spent more than twenty years living in the Newmarket, Queensville and now Uxbridgemareas, Katherine has a strong connection to these growing communities and the value they bring to the many young families looking to make them their home. As part of the Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Centre, Brokerage, Katherine is excited to have the opportunity to introduce buyers to the places that have come to mean so much to her. What she particularly values about these areas are the balance between the rural and suburban spaces and the "small town" feel that is still maintained.

Prior to moving into real estate, Katherine worked in a variety of customer service roles where she put strong focus on meeting the needs of her customers. As an engaged listener who truly wants the best for those she works with, Katherine takes the time to address their goals and makes a plan to achieve them.

Outside of her professional life, Katherine is also an avid sports enthusiast. A passionate equestrian who has spent a lifetime with horses. Katherine also still tries to find time for skiing, biking and swimming, in the past she has competed in running events and triathlons. Having moved to Uxbridge in 2021, you can often find Katherine in town or at the park spending time with her husband and young daughter, as well as thier beloves dog Tuff.
