Lisa Malcolm is a dedicated real estate broker with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Centre, proudly serving communities across Toronto and the surrounding area for over 13 years. Her journey began with humble roots on a farm in the rural community of Sunderland, Ontario—an upbringing that instilled in her a deep sense of hard work, gratitude, and commitment to serving others.

Lisa pursued her post-secondary education at McMaster University, Brock University, and Nipissing University, earning degrees in Physical Education (B.PEd) and Education (B.Ed). After graduation, she spent several years abroad, where she worked as a teacher and participated in humanitarian efforts. Her passion for helping others led her to specialize in teaching children with various abilities, a career that shaped her compassionate and solutions-focused approach to every challenge.

Upon returning to the Durham Region, Lisa transitioned from full-time teaching to full-time real estate in 2012. Since then, she has built a reputation for excellence by leading a team of professionals, mentoring newly licensed agents, and delivering personalized, high-quality service to every client.

Lisa has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the International President’s Circle—representing the top 7% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide—the Canadian President’s Circle for outstanding national sales performance, and multiple Ultimate Service Awards based on client satisfaction.

Committed to lifelong learning and elevating the client experience, Lisa has earned her Broker designation, the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, pursuing this elite standard in commercial real estate practice.

Lisa now lives in Barrie and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Barrie – Huronia, where she continues her commitment to community service and global citizenship.
