My life has been a journey marked by unwavering dedication and a profound commitment to service. Born in the peaceful town of Boissevain, Manitoba, and nurtured in the close-knit community of Neepawa, I was instilled with values that have shaped my path. From an early age, I learned the importance of integrity, hard work, and a deep-seated duty to others. These principles have been my guiding force, both personally and professionally.
From Corporate Leadership to Extreme Adventures
My journey has been an incredible blend of corporate leadership and thrilling adventures. I've held management roles in renowned companies, including RadioShack, Home Hardware, and KalTire, where I honed my business acumen and leadership skills. However, my spirit craved adventure and exhilaration, leading me to the extraordinary world of professional skydiving and freefall photography. These daring escapades gave me the courage, adaptability, and fearlessness that have been instrumental in my journey.
A Proud Veteran's Journey
In 2009, I embarked on a significant transition when I joined the Royal Canadian Air Force. My military service was marked by a profound sense of duty, service, and honor. It was an enriching chapter of my life that concluded in 2023, leaving me with a deep sense of fulfillment and pride as a veteran. My military background ingrained in me the principles of service to others, sacrifice, and an unwavering commitment to our great nation.
Transition to Real Estate and Continued Service
In December 2022, I ventured into a new chapter in my journey, transitioning into the realm of real estate as a licensed REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Preferred Real Estate in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. In this role, I specialize in assisting military and RCMP relocations, using my unique perspective and insights as a veteran to serve those who have served our country. Beyond real estate, my commitment to service remains unwavering. I've continued to support the military community and veterans by spearheading fundraising campaigns for SoldierOn, and I proudly serve as the Manitoba President for UN/NATO Veterans. In 2023, I assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of The Rolling Barrage PTSD Foundation, an organization that I have proudly been a part of for several years. This foundation's mission, raising awareness about PTSD and providing support services to those who suffer from it, is deeply close to my heart.
