I’m Mattias Cook, a local New Tecumseth realtor with a lifelong connection to the community. Before stepping into real estate, I was a team lead in manufacturing and spent some time paving driveways all over the GTA, both of these roles taught me the value of hard work, attention to detail, and doing things right the first time.

I’ve always had a passion for helping people and a love for where I was raised and currently live, which made becoming a realtor a natural next step. Whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, or just exploring your options, I’m here to make the process stress free.

Outside of work, I’m all about sports, the outdoors and good conversations. I strive for always being myself, having fun, and making long lasting connections along the way.
