With a parent in the business for almost four decades, Pat Kritz has been immersed in Real Estate his entire life.

In addition to Pat’s consistent exposure to the intricacies of the housing market, he has been personally involved in investment real estate, renovations, construction and waterfront property lifestyle.

He has also worked in the non-profit housing industry as a Financial Manager, where professionalism and confidentiality are fundamental.

Pat graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor's Degree of Human Kinetics / Sport Physics and enjoys promoting physical activity and healthy living. Over the years he has generously donated his time in multiple capacities including coaching minor hockey and baseball in both Hanover and Walkerton, running youth baseball camps and volunteering with the Windsor Essex Hospice.
