Small sleeping area & main great room with sofa, furnishings included. Public well nearby for fresh water. No septic system but a bathroom with pedistal sink, shower and toilet installed. Toillet flushes directly into a holding tank. Small kitchen with a propane stove, no fridge. There is no electrical power connected to this cabin. Power is available on the Island through BC Hydro. There is a small solar panel and a 1500 amp generator. This is a cute place to stay while you build your dream cottage. Mudge Island is a boat access only Island with no ferry service, close to Gabriola Island and Nanaimo. Be close to nature and wildlife and enjoy sandy island beaches. Power and high speed internet is available on the island.
