Amenities include: sandy beach, indoor swimming pool, exercise room, meeting room, whirlpool, sauna, games room, tennis/pickleball court, walking trails, skating rink. You can even moor your boat during your boating season weeks. Some owners rent their weeks out to help cover the maintenance fee. If you rent it out yourself you keep all of the rental income. If Blue Water Acres rents it out for you, then you keep 50% of the rental income.
